Wesley True

Chef Wesley True is a two-time James Beard semi-finalist for “Best Chef South” and has been featured in ‘Beat Bobby Flay’ and most notably Top Chef Season 13. Wesley was raised in Mobile, AL & graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he spent many years cooking in Michelin Star kitchens. He combines his love of New York’s Arthur Avenue with generous southern hospitality to create a contemporary local restaurant where you can feel right at home.
